Derek Dixon

Throughout his career, Derek has specialized in helping companies execute transformational growth strategies by combining strategic partnerships, capital formation, and complex commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Snowfox, Derek served as Chief Commercial Officer at GreenFire Energy, where he led growth strategy, fundraising, commercial partnerships, and market expansion, helping position the company for commercial scale. Earlier in his career, Derek spent more than two decades at Chesapeake Energy (now Expand Energy), where he held senior leadership roles in business development and corporate strategy.

During his tenure, he led more than $20 billion in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic transactions, helping reshape the company's portfolio through a period of significant industry transformation.

Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma.
